Frank Manning

Dr. Manning, Professor of Chemical Engineering; Adjunct Professor of Petroleum Engineering at The University of Tulsa. He received his Ph.D., M.S.E., and A.M. from Princeton University. He received his B. Eng. (Hons.) from McGill University. He is a registered P.E. in Oklahoma and Pennsylvania. He has been awarded the Kermit Brown Award for Teaching Excellence and was TU’s Outstanding Teacher of the Year in 1995.
