1. Contact The Riviera Hotel at (800) 634-6753 no later than October 18, 2004 to ensure space and special symposium rate of $109/night (single or double).
2. To receive this rate, you must identify yourself as being with The University of Tulsa – Mold Symposium.

4. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card, or by the first night’s  room deposit plus tax. The credit card is charged at the time of the booking. The deposit is refundable if reservations are canceled at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
5. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
6. Guests who check out earlier than scheduled will incur a penalty of one night’s room and tax. Guests may change their departure date at time of check-in, without penalty.
