Reception Tickets for Guests: Tickets
may be purchased for guests of symposium registrants to attend the opening reception,
Sunday, November 7th.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
If for some reason you cannot attend, please send a substitute. They are permitted
at any time. Refunds will not be granted for non-attendance. Individuals canceling
after October 22, 2004 will be subject to a
$125 administration fee.
