We allow for one company participant per booth with registration. An additional $35.00 processing fee will be charged for extra or changed name badges. Each booth will receive one complete meal package for the Symposium event. Additional meal packages can be purchased for $195.00 each in advance, or $245 at the conference (subject to change 60 days prior to the event).

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION:

Attention Exhibitors: Interested in Showcasing Your Company or Organization? As a paying exhibitor, you receive one symposium registration with your paid exhibit fee.

Booths are 10’X8’ and the trade show floor is carpeted. Tables, chairs, electricity and anything else you might want for your booth can be ordered from Innovative Expo.

  • Exhibitor setup: November 6th and 7th (8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.)
  • Exhibit open to public: November 8th (7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.) and November 9th (7:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.)
  • Exhibitor tear down: November 9th (2:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.)
